2. Description of Service

Plumbly is a lead notification service that delivers website leads to plumbing professionals via SMS text message alerts. The service includes email forwarding, webhook integrations, and SMS text message notifications.

3. SMS Text Message Notifications

As part of the Plumbly service, you will receive lead notifications via SMS text messages to the phone number you provide during registration. By signing up and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive these SMS text messages from Plumbly (Castle Elliott Technologies LLC).

Message Frequency: The number of messages you receive varies based on the volume of leads submitted through your connected website.

Opting Out: You may opt out of SMS text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us at support@plumblyapp.com to opt out. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Plumbly is not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

4. User Accounts

To use Plumbly, you must create an account and provide accurate contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Plumbly only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to send spam, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

6. Payment and Billing

Plumbly is offered at $20 per month after a 1-month free trial. You may cancel at any time. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plumbly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed leads or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
